Values + Vision

Dive Deep Into Your Values + Learn How To Align Your Life With What Matters Most

Imagine crafting a life with more of what matters and less of everything else. How good would that feel?! 🙌🏻

I get it. You're busy and somehow, the things that matter most to you always end up on the back burner, right?

Things like quality time with family, hobbies and passions you once enjoyed, going on adventures, learning new things and of course, self-care.

Whatever it is that matters most to you, I'm willing to bet that somehow, they're the first things to go when life gets busy...

But what if you had the clarity and confidence to change that?

"Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony."—attributed to Mahatma Gandhi

Hello there! My name's Jennifer and I'm the voice behind Simply + Fiercely, a community creating lives they love through simple and intentional living.

I'm a former shopaholic and workaholic—and I spent the first half of my adult life feeling like I was slowly drowning.

I didn't have a strong sense of who I was or what I wanted ... so I tried to do everything and serve everyone.

I was always hopelessly busy and overwhelmed, yet at the same time, I felt like I was accomplishing nothing. I was working so hard and getting nowhere.

Life felt ... lacklustre, hollow, and sometimes even hopeless.

Fortunately, one day I "woke up" and decided that I wanted something better for myself. I was tired of chasing someone else's definition of success and I was exhausted from always trying to be more and do more.

It was time to live life on my own terms.

What about you? Would you like to join me?

These days, I'm proud to say that a conscious creator of a beautiful, messy life I love—and I know that this is possible for you too.

Together, let's get crystal clear about what matters most to YOU.

Enough with spreading yourself thin and trying to make everyone else happy. Your time and energy is so precious, so stop wasting it on things that don't deserve your attention.

Instead, learn how to align your life with your personal vision.

Step into your power, make yourself a priority, and start living your truth.✨

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN VALUES + VISION

Module 1: Introducing Your Values + Vision

Learn why defining your values and vision is essential for living an intentional and meaningful life. You'll also discover the most common mistake most people make when thinking about their values (this is an eye-opener for most students!).

Module 2: Defining Your Values + Vision

Practical step-by-step activities that will help you clearly define your values and personal vision (with an emphasis on practical—even if you have no idea what your values are, these activities will help!). This step is key because if you don't define what matters most, someone else will do it for you (and remember, this is about living YOUR truth!).

Here's what people are saying about these activities:

"I really loved these activities. I found consistent themes in my values that I knew where important to me but I didn't realize how important. I also realized that some things I thought were values actually weren't. I found that some things I thought were a habit or a personality quirk were actually values I held and lastly, it really helped me understand some of my boundaries and priorities better." - Allison Elliott, Values + Vision Student

Module 3: Your Personal Audit

This module is about honest self-reflection and creating a strong foundation upon which you can build an intentional life. How are you living true to your vision right now? And what needs to change moving forward?

Module 4: Your Tools

I'll show you the two tools I use every day to follow through and live true to myself. This is another practical module and it's all about making real, lifelong changes.

Here's what one student had to say about this module:

"It gives action to all the things we've discussed earlier. We made plans and thought about what was important and this was like "here's a way to get after it". It's so so helpful to have actual actions to do that can help with the process. I feel like this sets this apart from a lot of books and stuff I've read about this. Self help books talk about the subject a lot but don't usually offer action solutions so that was super valuable to me that this course included that." - Desiree Orchard, Values + Vision Student

Module 5: Additional Resources

In the final module, there are a range of additional resources that you can explore when you need them, including a Journal Prompt Library, an In-Depth Planning Guide (especially useful if you're feeling stuck or unsure of how to achieve your goals!), plus tips on creating habits and overcoming limiting beliefs.

"This course is for anyone who wants to take action in pursuing a life true to your values. I really enjoyed it. I feel like I had a lot of lightbulb "aha!" moments throughout. It brought out some interesting subjects to talk about with my husband, which was an unexpected pleasant benefit.

I spend a lot of time thinking about goals and what I want for my life but this course made me look at those things from a different angle and it was really interesting.

I would definitely recommend it to a friend."

- Desiree Orchard, Values + Vision Student

"We can either make our choices deliberately or allow other people’s agendas to control our lives."—Greg McKeown

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

I thought Simply + Fiercely was a blog about minimalism. Why are you selling a course about values?

I get this―I know a lot of you discovered Simply + Fiercely because you're interested in decluttering and simplifying your life, so you might be wondering why I care so much about values.

The best way to explain this is with this quote:

“Minimalism is the intentional promotion of the things we most value and the removal of anything that distracts us from it.” ― Joshua Becker

What this means is you can't live an intentional, minimalist life unless you're clear about what you value most.

Trust me―if you've read my story, you'll know I tried!

I struggled with minimalism for years but I could never make it stick; instead, I was more like a yo-yo dieter. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was going around in circles and getting more and more frustrated until finally, I had a breakthrough moment.

I started exploring my personal values and vision, and everything changed for me.

With my newfound clarity about what matters most, I was able to declutter my home and my schedule―and that was just the start of the changes in my life! I also found it easier to create healthy habits and work towards big goals.

In fact, I'm confident that I would have never left my full-time job and started working for myself if I hadn't had the clarity and confidence that comes with really knowing your values and personal vision.

I already know my values. What does this course have to offer me?

If you already know your personal values, then I'm genuinely happy for you because I know the positive impact it can have on your life! 👏🏻

But I still think you'd enjoy Values + Vision because I teach a structured framework for using your values in your life.

Knowing your values is important but it's only half the job done. If you're not actively using your values in your everyday life, then you're missing out.

Plus, I tested this course with a group of students who already had a high awareness of their values, and almost everyone told me they discovered something new! Here's some of the feedback I received:

"I found consistent themes in my values that I knew where important to me but I didn't realize how important. I also realized that some things I thought were values actually weren't. I found that some things I thought were a habit or a personality quirk were actually values I held and lastly, it really helped me understand some of my boundaries and priorities better."—Allison Elliott Values + Vision Student

Tell me more about this "framework" you mentioned...

I developed this framework a few years ago because I needed a structured way to stay focused on what matters most.

Life was busy and I knew my values ... yet somehow it felt like the things that were important to me always ended up on the back burner.

I knew I had to change this.

I wanted to make intentional living real; I was tired of reading blog posts and inspirational quotes but not actually doing anything different.

So I started experimenting and refining, and eventually I came up with the system I teach in Values + Vision. I use this framework almost every day in my own life, as a tool to help me live true to myself, and it's the key reason I was able to make the big changes I mentioned above.

"I liked and disliked how much it made me self evaluate and mentally dig deep into my feelings, Jennifer is really someone to admire and when I struggled to dig deep her examples and videos helped me get my answers." — Jennifer W 46 Glen Cove, Values + Vision Student

How is this course delivered?

Values + Vision is hosted on Teachable, which is leading platform for online courses. It's very user friendly and easy to use.

There are five modules and 19 lessons. The lesson content is written (in a similar style to my emails and blog posts.) There are six videos as well, but in the videos I'm mostly sharing my personal experiences; the core course content is written.

Also included are two printer friendly course workbooks (and there is also an editable PDF versions if you prefer to type your answers). 😊

I'm busy! How long will this course take to complete?

Trust me, I understand how it feels to be busy!

But one thing I’ve learned is that if you don’t make time to clarify your values and vision, you will never have time for the things that matter most to you.

Most people report that the course took between four and six hours to complete, but you don't have to do it all at once!

The good news is the course is completely self-paced and you have lifetime access, so you can work on it whenever it suits you.

What if I buy the course and I don't like it?

I truly believe in everything I'm offering you because I've seen the difference in my own life and I've also had such positive feedback from many students.

BUT I believe that personal development is personal.

We all learn in different ways, which is why as passionate as I am about this course, I can acknowledge that it might not be for everyone (and that's ok—if we all liked the same things this world would be a pretty boring place!).

It's for this reason that I offer a Nothing to Lose: 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you're not happy with Values + Vision for any reason, simply let me know within 30 days of purchase and I'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

So what do you have to lose? 😉

"As I had previously worked on living a value driven life I wasn’t sure I would get anything more out of this course, but The Values + Visions course challenged many of my thoughts and I believe will increase my abilities to live my best life." — Jennifer W 46 Glen Cove, Values + Vision Student

Values + Vision is for you if:

  • you want to take an in-depth look at your values and learn how to use them to guide your life.

  • you're interested in creating meaningful habits and setting intentional, well thought out goals.
  • you love a good journal prompt—questions that make you pause and think!

Values + Vision is NOT for you if:

  • you're don't have time for in-depth reflection (Values + Vision will take approximately 4-6 hours to complete. It's self-paced so you can complete it on your own time but if you'd like a shorter course, you might prefer 7 Simple Days.)
  • self-reflection makes you uncomfortable or you dislike journal prompts. (DO NOT buy this course if you have no interest in journaling!)

"I really got a lot out of the course. More than I expected to actually. I would definitely recommend it to a friend."

- Allison Elliott, Values + Vision Student
